By using DEDON Transfer, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Service Description

DEDON Transfer provides temporary file sharing through expiring download links. Files are stored for a limited duration and automatically deleted after expiration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload:

• Illegal content or material that violates applicable laws
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. File Storage

Files are stored temporarily and deleted after the selected validity period. One-time download files are deleted after the first download. The operator does not guarantee permanent availability of uploaded files.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. The operator is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of this service.

6. Changes

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
